CCIS Testimon is an advanced, cutting-edge, digital and computational forensics education and research center. It conducts fundamental research and develops applied science on behalf of Norwegian law enforcement agencies. Members of the group contribute to forensic casework, expert witness testimony and advisory services in cooperation with multiple police partnerships. In addition, Testimon members are involved in networking and community-building activities in the fields of computational and digital forensic science.

Testimon Forensics Group was established in September 2010 and has evolved into an academic research group that has created a closely cooperating partnership between Norwegian law enforcement agencies (LEAs) and academics at the Norwegian Information Security laboratory, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Testimon Forensics is dedicated to Digital and Computational Forensics: the challenging intersection of information security, electronics and computer science. Many of the current lab members have their primary connection to the Norwegian Information Security Laboratory (NISlab).
